Why would you stay?
If it burns, stings, stabs, itches, or just hurts intensely—why on earth would you stay where you are?
When fear or panic arises, when you keep running into the same old patterns and feel stuck.
When you feel alone and lonely again, unseen, unheard, unloved.
When you lie awake at night and the pain feels unbearable, the emptiness endless.
Why would you stay?
Because trying to change the situation—along with all that is present now in thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations—only confirms the pain as something negative, and thus amplifies it.
Relaxation doesn’t come when you’ve achieved something in the future that makes you more whole, safer, more complete, or more loved.
It comes in seeing reality—life—exactly as it shows up.
