No problem
The biggest problem is not what we experience.
But that we don’t want to experience it.
That we believe it’s a problem.
That we have to get rid of it to be able to live freely.
That we have to do something about it. That we are not there yet.
After all, we still get angry.
Lying awake because of something.
Worrying. Ruminating.
Feeling fear. Panic or sadness.
But right now; is this experience a problem? Are this feelings a problem?
Or is the source of the suffering the judgment about it, the conviction that we should feel different.
We’re very creative when pain arises; try to hide it, distract ourselves, rationalize it, keep explaining. But nothing helps, of course. Because life cannot be controlled. It comes as it comes.
The only thing we can ‘do’ is to see this. Is to look at our current experience, about what actually gives us stress. Is it the unpleasant feeling? Or the believe on top of it.
It’s only this what makes us believe we’re stuck.
Recognisable? Feel welcome!
In coaching with me, there is no plan, goal, or going somewhere you aren’t yet.
We will look and be. Nowhere to go. You might just feel free in what you are experiencing right now.
